Stlll and dry. Surprisingly yeasty and funky but without dirtiness. No signs of browned fruit here. The designation certainly is right; this is extremely dry but with a very distinct taste of tart apples. A slight bitterness on the back end, but it actually seems to add more interest than detracts from the overall enjoyment.
