This is actually quite nice. The nose is anything but typical Sauvignon Blanc - more funky wild and Riesling-ish… Gone are the classic notes of bell-pepper and elderflower. A wine with grid and almost a tannic roughness with sour gooseberries. The taste fresh, zeasty and with a good mineral crunch at the finish. Lovely wine👍
