medium ruby colour, clear; strawberry rim. nose: ripe strawberries from the pan + ripe, sweet plums; some herbs - thyme; medium (+) intensity. taste: medium (+) acidity; sandy tannins but bit cloying and in quite large volume. fruit - strawberries, raspberries, cherries; some mineral, bakelite, gravel, earthy notes. medium finish with bitterish ending.
