Michis South African Tasting: Petit Syrah is a natural crossing of Syrah and Peloursin. Paarl Mountains. Granit soils. Hand picked and hand sorted. Fermentation in foudre (open top oar vat). Basket press. 24 months in American oak and French Oak barrels. lightly filtered. Very dark. Mont Cherie, elderberry (Hollunder), juicy and very soft tannins. Acidity is very well integrated. Good wine!
