OS Winery (Owen Sullivan) Cabernet Sauvignon BSH

Spring Bacchanal with Winemaker Ken Wright (Roti Roppongi, Tokyo, Japan) : rounded and smooth nose with aromas of cream, vanilla, very slightly confected black currant and slightly burnt notes. Spice and cedar. In the mouth there are flavours of juicy blackcurrant, fine tannin, slight leather and herbaceous notes here as well - touches of mint. Well balanced and quite long. Nice.

This is drinking beautifully right now. Nose of dark cherry, spice, roses. Deep red fruit with bright acidity. Lovely finish.
