Xmas 2022; 12/20/2022-12/27/2022 (Matt and Marta’s) : From magnum with Xmas breakfast. Medium gold with a fine bead. Clean and balanced with white and yellow fruits, a touch of honey and brioche, good finish.

Bu en succ. Assez vif et sec, pas trop tendu mais sur les citrons avec un peu de levures et une finale assez longue sur les coquillages. C'est bon mais il y a des Cava qui en donne plus pour moins...encore une fois!
