Veleta Tasting with Juan Palomar and his wife. (NYC) : bottled a year ago (disgorged 2 years ago) - cava-like wine made from 100% pinot (thats sadly no longer avaliable). light, touch of red fruit, strawberry and citrus, good medium finish. very pleasant.
