Moderate lemon in the glass. A really expressive nose here, showing rich tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, passionfruit), ripe citrus, new oak (about 50%) and some lees aging as well. Bright acidity and moderate alcohol, offers a lot of vitality this Chardy. Long, vanilla-like finish. Banger.

Light straw. Bold and immediately attractive leesy nose. The palate is medium bodied, rich but dry, with a very long finish. Some oak influence apparent and lots of preserved lemon fruit. Powerful but elegant. An extremely classy Margaret River Chard, which will age for three to five years at least. Very much my kind of thing. Screwcap, 13%.
