A méthode ancestrale sparkling wine made from Xarel-lo Vermell, the pink mutation of Xarel-lo. Aged for 12 months on the lees. Medium-deep lemon yellow color. Fresh yet quite rich and complex nose with aromas of honey, sweet golden apples, some bruised apples, a little bit of yeast bread character and a sappy hint of herbal greenness.
