Fesq Trade Tasting (Custom House, Circular Quay, Sydney) : Gooseberry, green apple, very slight peach hints, touches of sweet spice and, on the back of the palate, a little passion fruit. Tangy, crisp, bone dry and quite drying phenolic grip. Savoury passion fruit and apple. Long. Okay
