The wine looks garnet colored. It tastes like blackberry, raspberry, lemon, plum, cherry, cinnamon and oak with a blackpepper aftertaste. The wine has fleshy texture, finishes medium and has medium acidity.

Central Otago Pinot Noir Expo (Prince Wine Store - Bank Street) : A muscular, oak driven Pinot with chocolate, coffee and plum on the nose and a great acidity on the palette which was full of dark chocolate and dried herbs. A real standout.
