Nice, mellow nose of yeast and lemon. Medium bodied with high acidity. Simplistic flavor profile consists of lemon and minerals. Lacks freshness and the finish is kinda harsh, tart even. Decent with prosciutto crudo ravioli, but not really typical nor a good example of its category.
