UWS a random set of wines (@ JB) : Fairly dark yellow. Ripe sweet apples and some minerals in the bouquet. Same on the palate with some bananas. Soft acidity. This is the best I could make of it. Not really a bad wine, but quite dull and boring. For a Hermitage a great disappointment.
