Aged for 8 months in concrete. 12,5% alcohol. Medium-deep lime-greenish color. The nose is quite expressive yet not particularly fruity with dry aromas of stony minerality, chalk dust, some Granny Smith apple, a little bit of flint smoke and a hint of banana.
