I'm drinking this in January 2018. I'm impressed. Full body, great nose, smooth and long finish. Great value for 20$ I pulled this out of the father in laws cantina. I would buy a few more. But not to keep longer than 1 yr

Not an overly muscular California cab but for $11 USD, i'm happy. shows 2012 well. ripe approachable fruit, sweet american oak, and ample acidity. nose and palate of red licorice, currants, and black cherry cola. the tangy plum notes and lighter body make me think there is some merlot blended in here. the cola and sweet oak makes this delicious and safe for immediate drinking. think of this more as a table wine or house red rather than a bold …

Gouté en succ. Encore une fois, un Américain simple et dénudé de fruits. Boisé et vanillé. Tellement pévisible. Bof!

30 min decant. Fruity bomb to start, but finishes with acidity & sharp tannin. 2 hours later, fruit settled in, tannin mellowed out, acidity was mixed in well. Drinking fine after 2 hours. At C$18-19, not bad as a cellar defender to serve Cab drinkers. I think it needs a year to settled in bottle.

Wine was very good with Italian dinner. Flavor was a bit thin and young. Obviously Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it mellowed as the dinner went on. Very good bargin for price we paid: $12. For this price I would add a few bottles to the cellar.

Saturated very dark red violet color; lifted, black cherry, black currant, berry syrup nose; rich, concentrated, tight, ripe black fruit, black currant palate; needs 3-plus years; medium-plus finish (13.5% alcohol) 89+ points
