Fantastic, this wine. Really fun, fresh and fruit with plenty on tannins and acidity. The wine really enhanced the FUN at out table at Mentone Restaurant in Aptos California.

Big fruited, but balanced with a nice acidic and tannic rumbling on the finish. Fruit leans darker, more toward boysenberry than strawberry. Truly toothsome.

Very Good++ Similar to my 2021 TN. Lovely wine, low tannins, seems simple at first but there's more going on, floral, red fruits, some tar hinting at its more famous neighbor. Importer: Rosenthal 14% abv Empty bottle weight: 511g

Red fruit and tar on the nose. Nice tannins.

Violet with some transparency. Nose roses, dark fruited. Palate red fruited with a pronounced earthy minerality. Overall good lightness and a satisfying food wine; a nice entry-level wine to try from this well-known Barolo producer.

Dark fruit (cherry), nice spice, floral- rose, slight herbal, good acidity. Some tannins. Lingering finish. Really enjoyable.

Brang a smile to my face immediately. Warming spiced fruit tones, soft tannins, some herbs, pine forest, the fruit is ripe and deep but has lift and doesn't stain your tongue - red and black fruits together, finishes clean. This was a great wine for the table (worked well with a sheet pan dish with smoked paprika chicken and various vegetables). After over an hour of air it did lose some vibrancy and got a bit drying.
