Good stuff. Extended lees contact and aging levels this up nicely. Good acidity from Assyrtiko and then Xino adds a richness and texture for the finish. Good balance.

Exotic nose, yeasty with fattish but balanced mid palate, lovely mousse and lingering finish. Most likely the best Greek sparkling for me.
