Popped from a 375ml bottle. Subtle nose of some ripe dark fruit. Medium bodied, smooth and very supple, delivering juicy and crunchy a bit tart dark berries with gentle tannins and firm acidity. Very good. A real pleasure to drink.

My first Dolcetta, I believe. From a small vineyard in the Barolo area. I like it! Very juicy, bit grippy, quite spicy. Needs some air! Medium intense aromas of cherry, blueberry, eucalyptus, milk chocolate, liquorice. Dry wine, high acidity, high tannins, medium body, medium+ intense flavours of red cherry, dark cherry, eucalyptus, bay leaf, espresso, bunch of white pepper. Medium+ length finish. 13,5% - €13,20 @ Aarts wijnen
