Marie-Pierre Manciat Mâcon Les Morizottes

With some gumption and minerality. Its got some texture to it.

Fresh, crisp, smells like limestone. 25 year old vines, all steel and full malo. Clay limestone soils. Palate is full and elegant, with some richness but then limestone instead of fruit or oak. Very good stuff at $20 or so.

Mineral on the nose and note a whole ton else, More fleshy with more fruit on the mid palate than I would expect, in a way delicious.

Smells like some new oak, or like a Pouilly Fuisee. Some richness there. With some hazelnut. Kinda flabby, with a touch of somewhat fakey oak on the palate. But there it is. Over at $22 or so.
