Vino di Anna (Anna Martens) Palmento

Undrinkable upon opening as the cork had something greenish-gray on the inside, which is something I have NEVER encountered before. Could be dead yeast, could be mold? Either way it was pleasant to smell or drink. This improved around 48 hours after opening and the wine was crips red fruits, racy acids, floral, with just a hint of "natty" funk.

PnP Z Bx. Relativt kraftig nese med rå frukt og bjørnebær. Tilsvarende smak. Parfymert juice, litt urein avslutning (naturvin). Samler ser etter noen timer i flaske. Jordbær. Men slipper ikke naturvin preget helt.

Just a great bottle. Super drinkable, clean, and bright - glou-glou done right. No rough edges, no funk, just pure, easy-flowing fruit with a bit of structure to keep it from feeling thin. Honestly more satisfying than plenty of wines twice as serious. Deserves to be in magnum - one bottle won’t cut it.
