Fermoy Estate Cabernet Merlot

Deep red in colour, the nose has concentrated blackberry fruit with the backing of aromatic olive and tomato leaf. The palate shows plush and vibrant blackberry that are juxtaposed by fine firm tannins, the merlot component adds some richer plum influences with the oak being well handled and integrated.
