Blackberry, cassis, licorice and some earth on the nose. Seamlessly integrated on the palate, nice acidity and a decent finish with some spice. Amazing value for $18

The bottle I had was overly acidic/tannic, not developed for a ten your old bordeaux, and was light-bodied. I am wondering if my bottle has been damaged. Given the nice reviews, I am not giving it a point rating as my bottle may not be representative of this wine. On day 2 it was a bit better, but not much.

Cassis, rich licorice, blackberry and some minerals on the nose. Well integrated and balanced in the mouth. Has aged very gracefully. This wine is ripe for consumption. Slightly past peak, but in a very nice spot. Inviting and easy to drink. Nice qpr at $17.99 (delivered).

Very much like a Right Bank Bordeaux. Very fruity, citrus flavors along with cherries. tannins have evolved. Drink over the next 2-3 years. Nose up front was earthy, but evolved over time and look forward to finishing the bottle tomorrow. Look forward to drinking over the next few years.
