Gold colour. Dried apricot and ripe pineapple on the nose along with toast and mineral notes. Same scents continue on the palate .Medium to full body even though its 12.5% vol. Acidity very well balanced.Medium aftertaste even though toast scents linger longer. A wine at at great pint in time while the same vintage of the non single vineyard savvatiano has started to decline.
