A private dinner (Restaurant Nazka, Amsterdam, NL) : Organic and biodynamic viticulture. A blend of Souvignier Gris and Sauvignac. Macerated on the skins for 5 weeks, 11.5%. Bottle no. 0255 from 1470 produced. Well judged skin bitters, soft acidity, quince and tangerine, herbal finish.
