Dr. Heidemanns-Bergweiler Dornfelder

I'm still new at wine, but when I had guests over that said they preferred red wine but didn't like dry, this was what I went for. It was a very good crowd pleaser, and I enjoyed it. The sweetness is just enough without being overpowering, but I didn't really get much of the more subtle flavors. That's probably more to do with my inexperience and less with the sweetness.
