Paired with Thanksgiving, this pretty, translucent pink to peach liquid pours a heavy body with copious amounts of glycerin. Neutral to hot nose, some florals. Fruit mostly faded, this shows mostly sweet gummy alcohol notes, rhubarb and unripe strawberry. Not bad, not great, but oh so pretty to look at.

Opened on a sweltering summer night dinner of tomato, basil, mozarella. Served chilled. Lovely hue of vibrant pinky orange. Nose of a powerful chard or SB, steely oak, some quince, citrus, heat. Fairly one dimensional, longish finish dominated by the tart high octane gooseberry and sour strawberry. Best attribute is the color. For $18 however, this is solid.

Did not take detailed notes. Very gren/vegetal, cough meds and tar on the nose initially with hints of strawberries and red cherries. The green bell peppers disappeared after 2-3 hours of open time and the red fruit started to shine - give it some breathing time compared to other roses. Solid Rose IMHO but a little awkward... a little surprised wih the bottle age this Rose has had.

Delightfull summer quaffer. Enjoyed Memorial Day weekend by the pool. The 14% alcohol is noticable but the brightness of the fruit mask it pretty well. The notes of stawberry and raspberry make this a fun summertime wine. it's also something "different" from the usual suspects of rieseling and sav blanc.

This pinot rose should be proud to have been enjoyed over fresh alice and some taramasalta in the backyard wtih guests on a nice summer night. It showed very well, and I would buy a case if I could. A bit rounder and fleshier than the 2006, with a fresh clean finish

Beautiful, dark pink color. The nose was straightforward and red fruited. There was a blast of strawberry and cherry as well as some light chocolate notes. This wine was perfectly balanced with bright acidity that created a laser-like intensity. Overall, this was a delight to drink, and based on the flavors, it is clear that this was made from high quality fruit.

Quite good. Darker rose red color which matches the fuller somewhat rich strawberry flavors. Unlike prior years no offputting heat coming through. Pleasant sweetness on the finish.

A beautiful rose that shows no heat which was a problem with last year's version of this wine. A pleasure to drink with lunch at the Beach House. This is the last of my 5 bottle allocation. Wish I has more.

Deep, dare I say, pink/salmon color. Watermelon, strawberries, and grapefruit in the nose. Crisp acidity with good balance, strawberries, watermelon, and maybe even a touch of mango in the mouth. Pretty darn full-bodied for this type of wine - almost syrupy. Quite refreshing, I think a nice summer sipper. What a great and different expression of pinot noir.

The nose had strawberry and watermelon aromas. The palate was consistent with the nose, but was a little bit more tart than I would have liked. A nice Rose though.

Opened in the evening with lemon pepper chicken. This would have been better as a cookout/picnic wine during a warm day. Pleasant spiciness and bright fruit. Nice bottle, and I hope I can find more.
