Still good! No idea what this cost as it was out of a friend’s cellar. Just a nice balance of fruit, tannin and acid.

Smokey dark fruit with integrated tannins. Looses fruit after 2 days so don’t keep this.

First of two bottles. Decanted 30 minutes. Dark purple. Under-ripe berries, oak, bacon, burnt butter, rubber eraser. Full bodied, m-h acidity, XD (2 g/L), m(+) alcohol (13.5%). Tannins are firm and persistent. Give this a long decant and drink with a steak. I would not recommend aging this past 2020: the tannins might smooth out, but there just isn't enough fruit in this wine for the long haul. 70% Tannat, 30% Cabernets.
