Domaine Mega Spileo Mavro Kalavritino - Merlot

Mega Spileo red blend which is not 'premium'; 65% Mavro Kalavrytino, 35% Merlot; matured 'only' in stainless tanks during 6 months. Despite no oak contact the wine seems to be interesting, likely due to matching blend; ripe black fruit, a bit smoky or jammy, touch of spices and softness from Merlot; balanced and good to drink alone or with food.

Ok thats what i call a unique wine. Chocolate flavor and taste dominate everything here. Smooth tannins ready to drink now and for 2-3 more years
