Punchy and hot out of the bottle with juicy ripe red fruit, liquorice, mint and christmas pudding. This develops into a more savoury perfume after about an hour. Very fruit forward, quite tart with medium acidity. Poor structure shows when the quick finish disappoints and tannins sort of make a belated appearance.
