Coravin Day One: Really popped out with a lot of freshness and lightness. Surprising for 8 years old. Finished the bottle two weeks later and the freshness still impressed. Also nice notes of black pepper and chili powder.

Medium bodied Pinot with typical dark berry flavor. Never had a Soter wine I didn’t enjoy but I enjoy most of their other Pinots better. The 2018 of this wine was a better vintage. Still a wonderful wine for the money.
