(13%) 100% Falanghina – Fleshy, spiced white fruit (nectarine and peaches). Fuller in body with gentle acidity leading to a soft (with a touch of tart) lingering finish. A compelling wine and a very nice QPR (at $12) to boot… Wine Geek Notes: K&L Wines direct import

Tried this at a recent event and am likely to buy. Great nose. Waxy and full bodied yet with crisp acidity and a refreshing finish. Perfectly food friendly...

I probably liked this more than someone who gave it 87, but it's at best very good. I had amazingly refreshing falanghina in Rome this summer, on a blistering day. This was good, but maybe wine is more part of an experience than just a beverage to be rated. (Maybe? Maybe!?) Nice floral and citrus nose. Medium bodied with medium+ acidity. Ripe lemon, white peach and lemon zest. Nice weight and a long finish. Fantastic QPR.
