Nice berries at the front. Blueberries. Earthy cedar on the finish. Still varies some nice subtle smoke as well. Served with grilled salmon.

We had this with a charcuterie tray. Cherries. Definite smoke on the nose from the fire year. Had more body than we were expecting. Paired up great with the snacks. Had a long lingering finish
