Outlot Cabernet Sauvignon Oak Knoll District

Youthful and undefined. Juicy black fruits, oak, tannin and acids need time to resolve. There’s some noticeable greenness showing in the background. Producer seems to be new to the scene, so we’ll see how these develop over the next 3-5 years. Decanted and enjoyed with food.

Sweet and singed notes of cassis, plums, dried dark fruit, and oak. Fleshy, still very primary, with decent structure, balance, and typicity. Needs a little more cellar time to let all the parts integrate, which may garner it a higher score.
