Clear ruby Nose of strawberry, cherry, and baking spices. This follows on the palate with a strawberry and whipped cream notes followed by a lasting finish of oak and spices It’s a unique and delicious wine! After being open a day it starts to show more perfume and structure that I hadn’t noticed before

Deep red colour, full and intense bouquet with ripe fruits and pale tobacco aromas. Pleasant harmonic taste with good aroma persistence. Well-balanced and mature tannins. This wine should be served at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees C. Its resolute and passionate personality perfectly matches spicy goat and sheep cheese, as well as salami and ham.
