Demeter Zoltán annual wine release 2013 (Budapest, Kempinsky Hotel Corvinus) : Cabernet Franc, 151 liters made, RS 81 g/l, TA 4.8 g/l, dry extract 27.4 g/l. Completely different from previous vintages, full sweet, lower alcohol. Almost Loire Cabernet Franc nose, cool, leafy. The sweet taste is just not good with such aromas IMO, and also a bit flabby, a bit more acidity could improve it.
