So delicious. A lightning bolt of acidity on top of an unexpectedly plush chassis that keeps opening more with air. Nashi pear and nectarine, lemon and other citrus, lemon blossom and mint. Very gastronomic.

Pear and apple, bug bitter and fresh. 5% new oak, but not that it shows. Russell calls a little effervescence, but more just excitedly piquant.

Medium lemon in the glass. Nicely pronounced nose of peach, lemon peel, jasmine, lemon juice. Medium-bodied with a lot of fruit concentration, moderate acidity and some bitterness on the finish. Nice and easy.
