13.5% alcohol, light to medium foil, appears to be real cork; medium to long legs, prune juice color; nose is a mixture of prune and rhubarb, plus alcohol/citrus; tasted at ca 15 degrees C, the wine's nose gives little hint of the taste to come, notes of stone fruit (prunes, cherries, peaches); the fruit was well balanced by the tannins and quite distinct from them in the mix; if the integration of the components were more evenly subtle, my score …

We just opened this and it is corked. Very unfortunate, although it was not an expensive bottle.

Dumped it. Would make me give up wine.

Really liked this one. Maybe the extra time in the cellar gave it something it was lacking before, but it had good structure and fruit to match.

Dry. Medium heavy with a pinch wild berries flavor. The aroma was inviting but needs to sit for approx an hour.

Very average everyday pop and pour cab. Fruit on the nose and oak with a disjointed balance and thin finish. Not bad with a steak though.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Just good. Dark color, but sort of thin. No real depth. The nose is a little fake fruit, some black Chaerry and dark berry, and OAK. More OAK than fruit to me. Nothing memorable, but it has some decent body. Finish disappeared pretty quick. Restaurant bottle, and OK with food. By itself, I would choose something with more character.

Good wine, not too complex, however tannic is still not round. Lots of berries and color is good.

Cab aroma OK, no oak evident, moderate tannin and acid. Standard CA cab.

Drinkable, thin reductive fruit with minimal tannin so it drinks easy young.

Let air out for a little bit and cooled down below room temperature, good wine for the price. Just a tad more acidic than I would have liked; but, otherwise it's a great all around everyday wine.

Palette is burnt today. Very generic cabernet by the looks of it.

I don't know who left this at my house, but I'd just as soon they not do it again.

First taste was a little harsh... Decanted for about 30 minutes and the flavors of this bottle really opened up. Lite vanilla flavor with some cherry and slight plum each a lite flavor not overpowering in any of them. Good drinking bottle. I do suggest 30 minutes in a decanter.

black fruits on the nose, but they don't really grab you or make you take notice...some tobacco and herbal flavors on the palate...this wine is not flawed, just not exciting.

Pop and poured. A tad tannic but the mocha and berry notes come through strong. Well balanced and a solid QPR. This could be an everyday redhttp://www.grapestories.com/popup/tasting_note_assist.asp.

It was good for the price. I would say it had a hint of oak and a light flowerly bouquet.

Decanted 10 minutes. As expected given blend and price. Pleasant enough, drinkable. Black fruits and a medium, tannic finish.

Fairly unremarkable, very candied dark fruits on the nose, crude oak. Underwhelming, even at $10. Pass. 1.5/5
