Orixe Sotelo Godello Soto

This is lovely. It's mouth-coating, but still pretty light. There is wonderful acid that really balances it all out. This is my first Sotelo wine, but I am excited to continue buying (I've got a few more in the cellar). I am not as familiar with Godello, so not sure if this is typical or whether it is at-peak or anything like that, but for my palette, this was perfect tonight!
