Deep yellow color. Notes of green apple, bruised apple, vineyard peach, lemon, grapefruit, salt, slate. Not overly expressive nose with citrus and bruised apple with just a slight hint of herbs. Medium body with very high acidity. Some tannins. Medium+ finish with lemonade and salt. Very good structure and okay to good balance. Super high acidity just puts it off balance a little bit. Citrus dominated and mineral Riesling but it lacks in terms of intensity and said balance issues. …
