This has some excitement - hello A tingle and electricity on the mid and finish which is great - good purity of fruit, clean nose and good balance. Bit of spice ABV a touch high is only slight issue but it’s not much of one. A dry element on uplift but a quite open profile Bit more time could make this utterly delicious and special

00 Wines from Burgundy and Willamette (Bligny-lès-Beaune - Burgundy) : Quick standup tasting with the Hermanns. Sweet cross-section of cherries that are easily/ nicely bright, too. Elegant spice, good+ depth, very good balance already.

Nice bouquet. Tart raspberries, strawberries. Still too young. The finish lacks finesse and I’m the acidity lingers a bit too much for me. Try in 2026.
