Brown Brothers Shiraz Limited Release

Deep, opaque and slightly dull purple. A beautiful nose of brambles and black cherries; a slight whiff of alcohol. On the palate, surprisingly light - it dances across the palate. Not to say it isn't full of flavour and long...because it is both those things....but it is distinctly juicy too. Quite high acid, I'd guess, and few tannins. Excellent...but a fun wine rather than a serious wine. (What does that mean? Not entirely sure. But it's what comes into mind …
