Night Two of Two Big Nights in Sydney (Beachside in Bondi) : Super funky nose: cheesecloth, or maybe outright cheese curds! Not so funked on the palate, but seemed very out of balance, with aggressive acid dominating the flavor profile.

Unscrewed and poured. Sharp aromas of citrus with a bit of earthy funk. Grapefruit flavors dominate but plenty going on underneath. Acid tinged finish with some tingle. Very enjoyable if you're an acid lover. Vibrant, obviously good backbone, some layering of flavors, but it does become a Johnny-one-note after a while. According to the notes on the bottle, the fruit from the Strathbogie Ranges was lost to rain in this year. To replace it, they sourced from Tasmania.
