Refreshing, nice balance of acidity versus sweetness. tasted a bit "spritzy" (in a pleasant way). Nice up-front floral flavours, nice finish, but seemed a bit lacking in flavour in the middle. Wine was very pleasant but not as rich and concentrated as I would expect for an Auslese.

Brought this to Teochew City for lunch today to celebrate my niece's 3rd birthday. Golden in colour with a nose of peach and white stone fruits. On the palate the finish has fresh apples, orange peel and cream. Sweetness level is surprising low for an Auslese. Integration and readiness of the wine is doubtful at this stage; should consider aging this wine for the next 5 years before opening.
