I liked it. Like all the other positive reviews below. If there is one issue, it lacks brightness. I chalk that up to the rocks. Otherwise, quite good. Thick, dark, rich, umami, meaty and balanced.

Drinking beautifully right now. Smooth as silk, brooding dark fruits.

Wow - this was delicious. Almost a mini-Cayuse, with a nice amount of funk, smoke, meat and red and black berry fruit. Complex and intense on both the nose and palate, this was singing right out of the bottle. Juicy and delicious on the finish with a sweaty, meaty note, but with sweet fresh fruit. Easily the best thing to come out of tonight......

Popped and poured. Highly aromatic. Silky funk backstopped by raspberries and caramel bacon. 2 hours of decanting: well balanced vibrant composition with a slightly peppered finish. Wish I had a case of this. Plenty of life left.

Delicious Syrah from the Rocks District, showing lush black fruit, crushed rock and hints of funk and white pepper. Held up very well on day 2. Drink now - 2024+.

No real notes. But it is a new world Syrah.

Highly overrated based on everyone else’s comments. It’s drinkable but not particularly enjoyable. I had another bottle a while back that I thought that was ok. But, I have been drinking some quality Pinots lately and, in comparison, this has more of a medicinal quality / aftertaste to it like one other person mentioned. I regret having purchased any of these ... let alone 5

Popped 'n poured at a restaurant for a Washington State wine night with my wine group. We liked it, but no real notes for it. It was the last wine of the night, and we ended up drinking most of it after our entrees were finished.

Not a fan of the grapes coming out of the Stones. Funky, minerality, medicinal. Pass.

Signature feminine Waters aromatics and sweetness. Medium+ body, exceedingly silky, plummy, tomatoey. Opened up after 45 minutes and drank well for 5 hours, after which the terroir finally started to come through. Very well done, albeit too confectioned for my liking.14.2% ABV. 91-92+

100% Syrah from “The Rocks” region of the Walla Walla appellation. Decanted. Highly aromatic with Northern Rhone resemblance. Grilled meats and bacon scents meet notes turmeric, crushed violet, crushed rock and cigar smoke that are followed by aromas of blueberry, huckleberry and smashed blackberry with hints of olive, sandalwood, sage and eucalyptus. The palate is even more dynamic with gorgeous full fine-grained tannins, juicy berry acidity and flavors that envelope the palate with ripe blueberry, huckleberry and boysenberry notes that …
