Well this can basically be summed up as seville orange marmalade in liquid alcoholic form. I can see this working very well with dark chocolate desserts. But frankly I couldn't drink a lot of it. EDIT: I put half the bottle back in the fridge. On day 3 this is hugely improved: the sweetness is much reduced and the balance is much better. On day 3 this is 87-88.
