Hard Six Cellars Syrah Seven Pillars - Jess' Block

3 hours of air was the way to start this hearty red. Very nice wine. This wine had a sour thing on the backend , 5 hours open and some of that went away. This vino requires patience, u will be rewarded if u have it. Four days later, nose is much stronger , adding to overall presence of the wine.

Very good wine, maybe this missed being high end Syrah but it was very nice anyway u slice it.
