Business Lunch at Miami Park restaurant, Ciudad Real. Pairing a lovely morcilla and egg modern soup. Dark colour with violet edges. Plum nose. Creamy. Subtle. Tamed tannins. Little wood here but it didn´t upset me at all. Nothing complex but enjoyable. BtW, this is a Tempranillo based wine but there is also a Syrah wine.
