Frothy big bubbles are an initial distraction from the firm, clean flavors -- I actually liked it better on day 2, although some would find it too flat by that point, there was enough fizz for me. There's a little white balsamic crossed with seaweed note not everyone will love. I served a still Gringet to a beer drinker recently but I bet he would have liked this better. A solid QPR and change of pace.

Really quite nice. Yeasty pie dough, limey citrus, and nice earthiness. Enough depth to handle the lack of dosage without being overly harsh or thin.

PnP. Took about 45 min to open. A: Gala apples, minerals, slight herbs, a bit yeasty. P: Tart apples, citrus, lots of minerals. Flavor from beginning to end. Medium bodied, great acids, and nice weight. Finish is nice, long and complex. This is just delicious and fantastic with fried chicken from Street's.

Totally delicious. Drinks like BDB champagne just with a little more volatility. Super clean, almost ginger ale nose, yellow orchard fruits, indian spices. Very cool wine. Drink now.

Surprisingly different from bottle tasted two days ago. More richness and depth to go along with the lovely white fruit flavors. Texturally more complete. Still not going to knock you over with complexity but quite nice. (89)

Deep straw color. Light, fresh fruit on the nose - a bit of fresh cream. Light, crisp and refreshing. Nice aperitif but lacks depth. I liked this when it was $25 but recent price hikes have put this out of value zone. (87)

Superb. These have really come alive with time in bottle. Fresh, energetic. Bright. Wild mountain flowers (I know). Perfect aperitif with oysters.
