This was so delicious. Simple, yes, but delicious. This is my new favorite summer time charcuterie wine pairing. Olives, cheese, meats and even fresh fruits it works so well with all of it. Loved it with Serrano and Cantaloupe, and especially with citrus marinated olives. Elevated acidity, medium body, slight saline note to go along with a melange of fruit. Mineral edge was great and added just enough depth. Clean and just delicious, would gladly purchase again...

Very fresh and crisp white from a small Spanish winery, made from indigenous grapes at 200 metres altitude. Medium intense aromas of green melon, yellow apple, lemon. Medium bodied palate with a lovely high acidity and flavours of red apple, tangerine, green melon, lemon zest. Long finish. 12,5% - €14,95 @ Van Dop, Voorburg
