Made from Catarratto and Pignatello, Lotto No. 07-23, 12.5% ABV. Rosehip colour; Moscato aromas on the expressive nose seem to indicate that there is some Zibbibbo in the blend as well, flowers and mediterranean herbs, spiced peaches, strawberries; the palate is juicy and fresh, vibrant acidity, delicate sweetness balanced by grip from the bitters, lots of spicy minerality; excellent resonance and length. Tyndhedsrød, næsten orange. Hazy sky i vinen. Hysterisk litchi og sæbe i næsen. I munden litchi, skovjordbær, surt jordbærslik, høj syre, medium tannin. Ligefrem men enormt kompleks. Helt ren men alligevel utvivlsomt natur. Frisk, fræk og bliver hængende i evigheder.
